Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes happen! You can modify or cancel your order within 2 weeks of the event for custom orders. After that, we may have started the baking magic, but reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Presales can be canceled and payment refunded up to and including the date the presale ends. After that we are not be able to offer a refund but don't worry you'll have delicious cookies to enjoy.

When and how do I pick up my custom cookies?

Your designated pick-up date and time will be communicated during the ordering process. Swing by at the specified time, and your freshly baked treats will be ready to add sweetness to your day.

Can't make your pick up time lets us know 3 days ahead of time and we can work out a time that fits your schedule.
